We do the invoicing/billing – we are professionals at accounts receivable bookkeeping. Each associate has multiple years of experience in transportation receivables.
We do all the follow up – with you and your customer.
We fax or email weekly reports to you.
You just get the loads, deliver, send in the paperwork and know the cash is in your bank! Our fee includes all our services. You won’t pay additional fees if the invoice is paid late. You won’t pay fees for us to send you a bank direct deposit ACH. You won’t pay additional fees when we have to reinvoice the customer because of a change. You won’t pay a fee when we fund your fuel card. We have no setup fees. And you won’t pay a fee when you apply for your factoring account.
Factoring is leveraging off your customers’ credit. XFactors bases credit limits on your customers’ creditworthiness, not yours! You don’t need to meet any of the credit criteria required by banks and other commercial lenders. If you have credit-worthy customers, you can factor with us.
Free Credit Checks on any shipper, freight broker or trucking company you deal with. Call/fax or text your request and we check the credit. We subscribe to accurate independent credit reporting agencies such as Ansonia, Experian, Creditsafe, Cortera, IDI Core, D&B, and others. We can help you determine if a new customer you found has a good payment history and is worthy of your services.
